How does billing work?
You can make your payment through Credit Card, PayPal or bank transfer.
The payment will be sent automatically at the end of each month.
Once payment is complete we send you a tax invoice PDF directly to your email.
What if I need more hours?
If a task is likely to go over your monthly allotment we will let you know and get approval before proceeding. In these cases, the additional time will be billed at our current support rate.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely!
We are all about building a valuable relationship with you and your website, and although we’d hate to see you go, we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in.
Request a cancellation via email, and we will immediately stop the next payment.
Does it include design and development?
These website care bundles are designed for sites that have already been designed and developed. If you require a new website please get in touch as we would love to help.
Can I switch my current hosting company?
Yes, you absolutely can. Once you have signed up for one of our Care Packages, we can help migrate your site to our hosting servers free of charge.
Can I use my own hosting company?
Yes you can. Although we prefer to use our recommended providers, we’ll review your web hosting and talk to your hosting company to make sure it will fit your needs.
If you prefer to move your website to our Web Hosting, we offer free website migration once you sign up with one of our care packages.
Do you support eCommerce sites?
Yes we do however, we have found that clients with ecommerce sites need a more personalised attention. We want to offer the best service to each of our clients.
Can I have multiple sites on a single bundle?
Each bundle is for a single website. However, if you have multiple websites please get in touch with us and we will figure something out for you.
